Shakeout Supervisor (02 Opening) – Coimbatore
Freshers and experienced (0–5 yrs) with B.E./Diploma can apply. Responsible for
supervising manpower, managing shift operations, ensuring safety compliance, and
coordinating with related departments to achieve production targets.
Responsibilities
- Effectively manage manpower and allocate resources to meet production
- demands.
- Supervise and guide off-roll employees, ensuring performance expectations are
- met.
- Oversee individual shift operations to achieve production targets.
- Implement and maintain safety protocols, ensuring safe work practices on the
- shop floor.
- Coordinate with Melting, Molding, Closing, and Fettling departments for smooth
- workflow.
- Plan shift schedules, monitor productivity, and maintain performance tracking.
- Enter production data into SAP and generate regular reports on shift
- performance.
Qualifications
- Experience: 0 to 5 Years
- Education: B.E. / Diploma (Mechanical / Production / Metallurgy or related field)
- Strong supervisory and leadership skills.
- Knowledge of shift management and production processes.
- Familiarity with SAP for production data entry and reporting.
- Awareness of workplace safety practices and compliance. Good
- coordination and communication abilities.
